This sought after home is in the perfect location; convenient to everything metro Atlanta has to offer. You are minutes away downtown historic Marietta, the Battery, Truist Stadium, The Chattahoochee River, KSU, Life University, and more with easy access to I-285 and I-75. WE HAVE A VERY STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY. Walk inside to a spacious, updated open floor plan, living room, and kitchen. In the living room, you’ll have a 4K Roku TV, an electric fireplace, and plenty of seating for movie or game nights. We have three private bedrooms with Roku TVs and large closets. The master bedroom has a luxurious King bed and private bathroom. The first Queen bedroom has privacy from the rest of the home, and a private bathroom and TV. The second Queen bedroom has a workspace and TV - with close access to the hall bathroom. NOTE: Our fourth “bedroom” is a flex space with a futon and beautiful views through french doors which open to the expansive backyard. This room is open to a hallway, and therefore is not completely enclosed. In the backyard, you’ll find a peaceful deck - curated with a 55" Roku TV, Edison bulb lighting for ambience, umbrella, BBQ grill (charcoal and lighter fluid provided), plenty of seating, and a gas fire pit. Down the short flight of stairs, you will enter the fully-fenced, flat backyard, and another seating area. We provide access to a corn hole set, a ping pong table complete with all accessories and paddles, yard pong, board games, card games, jenga, and more for you to have the most memorable experience. All Roku TVs have access to login and use streaming services. We have a coffee maker with both single-serve and drip pot capabilities - our home is always stocked with coffee and coffee filters! We provide all fresh towels and linens for use for every stay, as well as stocked shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and soap. We offer a washer and dryer for your personal use, which is found in the laundry room, located in the hallway off of the kitchen. We also provide a vacuum cleaner, steamer, and iron. The fully-fenced backyard is ready for your fur-baby! We have a gas fire pit, a propane grill, and three seating areas. We have a smart TV and outdoor lighting on the deck. Our home provides a paved, private driveway w/ 2 parking spaces and off street parking in front of the home that can fit 2-3 vehicles. We look forward to hosting you at this beautiful home!
